The RS Future Skills Survey

As AI, automation and new technologies reshape industries, the skills needed by the next generation of engineers, innovators and technical professionals are changing quickly.

RS is working with We Live Context to understand the challenges young people face when starting their careers, the skills they think will matter most, and the support they need to succeed in engineering, technology and industry.

Your feedback will help shape a new Future Skills report and inform future RS skills and employability programmes.

This survey is only open to 18-30 year olds and takes around 10-12 minutes. The survey will be open until 11:59pm on 6th July. There are no right or wrong answers, and all responses are confidential and handled in line with GDPR and the Market Research Society Code of Conduct.
