The RS Future Skills Survey

As Artificial Intelligence (AI), automation and new technologies reshape industries, the skills needed by industry engineers, innovators and technical professionals are changing quickly.

RS is working with We Live Context to explore how those entering the workforce can be better prepared for careers in engineering, technology and industry. We want to hear your view on the skills that will matter most, the gaps you see in emerging talent, and the support the next generation needs to succeed.

Your insight will help shape a new Future Skills report and inform future RS skills and employability programmes directly influencing how industry and education prepare the workforce of tomorrow.
